Doors open at 6pm for viewing of art created by local artists who were inspired by Halloween, dogs, and wieners- maybe a combination of the three! At 6:30pm the lights will dim and we will begin our ADOPTABLE DOG COSTUME CONTEST AND ART AUCTION! Hosted by Bernard St. Bernard, former star of stage and screen who you may know from such films as Beethoven (understudy) and Old Yeller (asleep on set), he has graciously agreed to come out of retirement ("For One Night Only!") to emcee the viewing of adorable costumed puppies available for adoption from Shelters and Shelves - and in between each fabulous contestant, taking on the role of auctioneer for art donated by our lovely local artists, whose auction funds will solely go to the rescue. Please be ready to bid, to laugh, to "aww", and get in the Halloweenie spirit! Donations of dog treats and large dog beds will also be accepted. See you there!
